Path information system for sustainable tourismAs part of DYNALP itinerary centres must be created with the widest possible offer for the various user and age groups in connection with the ÖPNV. Aims:Objective of the project is the reduction of CO2 from traffic emissions. The basis to do this is the preparation of environment information for the general public, which can also serve as marketing tool and unique selling proposition for the positioning of the city in tourism. Realization:The paths are divided into categories and classified and data are recorded digitally graphically and geographically. This serves to draft general maps with a regional map and detailed maps focused on the relevant path centre. Besides this, these activities represent the foundation for a future web based information system. Impact:The project aims at integrating new and already existing excursions proposals in and around Bad Reichenhall, that have been developed by a number of groups concerned.
